Dragon News reports the company that dubs anime in Mexico (SDI Media) has announced that they are not only working on Dragon Ball Kai, but also on the DB Jump Anime Tour 2008 Special (Yo! Son Goku and Friends Return). They will most likely see this sometime in 2011. Now, this could also mean that FUNimation is also working on their version of the new DB Anime Special. We will keep you updated.

New Dragon Ball Special Coming to Mexico

Wednesday, April 8th, 2009It seems that the long awaited DVD for the recently shown brand new Dragon Ball Z special entitled “Return of Son Goku and Friends” has released over in Japan. With that, the new ending was also revealed with the new song called “Orange Hero”. You can view that below. And you can purchase the English subtitled version of the DVD here and yes it does ship to the US.
New Dragonball Z Special NOW Streaming LIVE
Sunday, November 23rd, 2008That is right folks, after 11 years, Goku and his friends have returned! The new Dragonball Z anime special is now streaming online. Read the directions below and click the link to watch the anime live!
VISIT JUMPLAND TO WATCH THE NEW DRAGONBALL Z SPECIAL!
1. Download the Jumpland Browser at their website.
2. Install the new browser.
3. Once that is done, visit the website (http://www.jumpland.com/animetour/db/index_en.html)
4. Click “Watch the Anime Now” (make sure the Manga Browser is open when you click watch anime)
And you are good to go. It is available in English subtitles.
Note : This special will be streaming live online for free until Janurary 31st 2009!
And more good news. Jumpland has confirmed a DVD of the special will be released starting 2009. It will be released with certain JUMP magazines, so look forward to that! A dubbed released is not yet confirmed however.
