The latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump has released and it contains some new material for the Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods. It isn’t much but there are a few new screen shots from the movie, enjoy.

Some new Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods material is found in the latest Saikyou Jump issue (May 2013). There is new artwork and screen shots of Goku as a Super Saiyan God plus plenty more, check out a few scans here!

Here’s a new scene from the Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods. It’s a scene of Goku fighting Birus (God of Destruction) and I must say it is pretty epic. Enjoy!

Brand new screen shots from the new Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods have been made available via the official website. They come from a new interview with Akira Toriyama (translation later) and feature Pilaf, the Oracle fish and Birus at Bulma’s birthday party.

As reported on Variety and Anime News Network, the new Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods ranked at number 5 for overseas in the box office and brought in about $7 million US dollars. This movie is already on track to surpass it’s expected overall goal of ¥3 Billion yen (US $32 million). The new Dragon Ball Z movie is currently only available in Japan with no news on an international release date yet.
