The trailer for the upcoming new Dragon Box has been released. The episodes contained in this DragonBall Z Dragon Box include the remainder of the Cell saga and the start of the Majin Buu arc. This item will be available on April 26, 2011 and be ordered here at amazon.
It is still unsure when this game will officially release, however some DragonBall Zenkai Battle Royale gameplay footage did in fact leak. From this video footage, you get to check out the game’s intro, character selection and one full battle. Check that out here! When more information is available we will be sure to make a post on it.
Beginning March 30th 2011, the DragonBall Kai series will have a rerun on Fuji TV Two in Japan. They will air two episodes every week. It is still unsure if DB Kai will end with the Cell saga, or continue on towards the Buu arcs. Nonetheless, this only adds to the speculated rumor that DragonBall Kai will end with Cell seeing how that saga or about to end rather shortly.
A few days ago, Nicktoons leaked episodes that were not supposed to air yet. The episodes included Frieza’s return and the appearance of Trunks, and also episodes from the remainder of the Frieza saga. Nicktoons however removed those episodes for now, but not until someone was able to grab several high quality clips, which are available here!
And don’t forget, episode 54 of DBZ Kai airs tonight, episode 55 following tomorrow.
DragonBall Z episodes 16-27 have been added into our DBZ episodes streaming section. You can view the new episodes by following this link or by checking them out via the sidebar (which will show any of the latest DBZ GT Kai episodes we have added). It seems FUNimation is adding new episodes pretty much once a month, so hopefully things will pick up so we can bring you the entire DBZ series and Dragon Ball/DBGT afterwards.
Game One has signed rights to air Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT in France (after AB losing the rights). No confirmation if it is just France our Europe altogether just yet. Also no word on if they will work on their own version of Dragon Ball Kai. Nonetheless DBZ GT episodes began airing on TV last month. Here’s a few source quotes for more information.
Chain Game One announces it has signed an agreement with Toei Animation to get the exclusive rights to cable and satellite TV for three series Dragon Ball , Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. So in this channel, and only there, that You can review this cult series from January 2011 , as well as direct broadcast catch-up TV (delayed viewing on the internet).
Following its agreement with Toei Animation, the channel Game One (MTV Networks France) becomes the exclusive partner for Cable Satellite broadcasting the complete series Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT .
That means over 500 episodes to be broadcast on air on Game One and catch-up TV from the month of January 2011 .
The arrival of this cult series complements the programming expert japanimation Game One, the first thematic channel 15-24 age range of the Offer .
FUNimation has stated via their blog that DragonBall Z episodes will resume streaming tomorrow, airing episodes 16-27 of DBZ on official DragonBall websites. Therefore, we will list each DBZ episode here as well. They also mention that Raging Blast 2 owners will get the chance to download special content codes.

Watch DragonBall Kai episode 92 (The Tears that Disappeared into the Sky! The Angry Super Awakening of Gohan) here! I have also included DragonBall Z episode 184 (US version dubbed and JP version subbed) to compare the scene of Gohan ascending to Super Saiyan 2.
DragonBall Kai: Ultimate Butôden for the Nintendo DS has released in Japan the other day. However, there is not a set release date on when it will be available worldwide just yet, so your best bet is to use a service like Play Asia and get the game imported if you don’t wish to wait to play the game.
Nicktoons has released a promo trailer revealing new DBZ Kai episodes coming February 9th. From the scenes revealed in the trailer, the episodes will contain the remainder of the Freeza saga and the Trunks/Androids saga. You can view that trailer here!

Amazon Japan has listed both details and cover art for the upcoming album “DragonBall Kai Complete SongCollection”, which is due out in Japan on February 23, 2011 (no set release date for outside JP yet). This soundtrack includes all 15 songs from the refreshed DBZ series, which includes music from the Saiyan saga through the end of the Cell saga. This creates more speculation of the Kai series ending after Cell, it being the “complete” collection and all.

Aside from that, we will keep you posted when this album is being sold worldwide.
Despite what was said in a press release about the online streaming of DBZ will be available in North America not too long. The fact is that the DBZ episodes are served by Hulu (which is United States only), and FUNimation has confirmed that the streaming episodes of DragonBall Z will be only in the U.S. for the time being. A FUNimation rep has stated that they do however hold the streaming rights for Canada, they just don’t have a vehicle in that region just yet.
Cross Epoch will be presented in the next issue of Viz’s American version of Shonen Jump, which will also be it’s 100th issue. Cross Epoch was a single chapter mixing two mangas together, DragonBall and One Piece. It was created by Akira Toriyama and Eiichiro Oda and was initially released in Japan in 2007. This one shot featured character from both DragonBall and One Piece teamed up and going on numerous adventures.
For those that do not know of DragonBall Online, it is basically an online DragonBall MMORPG that has currently only released overseas. However, there are several English patches available, but an official English translated version has not released yet. Akira Toriyama performed design and story concepts for this game and it is developed by Bandai. Nonetheless, here are some brand new in-game screenshots of DragonBall online.
