As reported on Variety and Anime News Network, the new Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods ranked at number 5 for overseas in the box office and brought in about $7 million US dollars. This movie is already on track to surpass it’s expected overall goal of ¥3 Billion yen (US $32 million). The new Dragon Ball Z movie is currently only available in Japan with no news on an international release date yet.

Check out this new Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods movie clip of Goku gaining power from the other Super Saiyans and trying to transform into a Super Saiyan God. But he then realizes he needs the power of one more Saiyan.

During their panel at Sakuracon, FUNimation was asked about the new Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods. They simply said all Dragon Ball Z movies go to 20th Century FOX first since they still own the rights to create and distribute Dragon Ball movies and if they decide not to dub it then it will go to FUNimation. They also speculate it will take two years for this new DBZ movie to get dubbed and coming over to North [...]

With Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods now released in theaters it is only inevitable to find clips from the movie online. Here is a 8 minute long clip from the movie. About half of it is cut in half, but towards the end of the video the quality does become better and more clear.
