A new fighting game for the Nintendo DS is on its way from Namco Bandai and will reportedly release in Japan on February 3rd, 2011. A scan from the most recent Jump magazine issue confirms the news that was previously alluded to more than a week ago. Check it out below.
This will be the first fighting game for Nintendo DS since 2005′s Supersonic Warriors 2. It’s unknown if it’s a sequel to the Butoden series on the Super Famicom, but we can assume it’ll share similar gameplay. There’s no word on a North American release.
