We made some recent additions to the current layout tonight. The most obvious one is the featured post scroll bar on the index and post pages. Now I am positive that you must have Java enabled in your browser to view this feature correctly, which most browsers usually have it on as default. But if you don’t I am certain you will see those posts take up most of the page. If anyone find any other errors with this please report them to be fixed ASAP.
Secondly, we have re added a chat room to both the sidebar and under entries on single post pages. We went aheadwith the old service chatango seeing how there is not any decent WP shout boxes. So yes, you will have to register with both the Dragon Ball chat room and our site. We will use this method for the time being, just in case WP releases a smooth dynamic user integrated chat room.
Some other new site features we have added include :
- Youtube video playlist on sidebar.
- A monthly poll feature on the sidebar.
- Recent entries/comments and popular posts area on the index page.
- Popularity percentage on posts and pages (rankings will return soon).
- Social Bookmarking options on each post and page.
- And integrating our Twitter/Youtube/Facebook/Feedburner accounts to the site.
- Easier navigation for older entries.
A few new sections include :
- Dragon Ball Music
- Merchandise
- Staff page (now hiring news writers)
- Affiliation page
Speaking of affiliates, we have several new ones. Check the footer of the site to check them out. If any DB/Anime/Gaming related site would like to affiliate, then visit our new affiliation page.
