having a laugh? what is it with the need to have all actors japanese or korean or whatever? Matt mullins looks pretty decent for vegeta. that other guys face you mention looks wrong

This guy does not even look like Vegeta,hes way too big they need to f’n reboot the movie and put Shin Koyamada as Vegeta and Jon Foo as Goku.

if this came out I would deffenitly see it but I hop its better than dragon ball evelution that movie sucked it did nothing with the real dragon ball/dragon ball z I hope if they did make it they make it just like the real dragon ball/dragon ball z and I hope they make it period

Actually, I got the Nappa thing wrong. I heard they’re trying to get Bill Goldberg to play Nappa but honestly with what I mentioned, I think Nathan Jones would make a better Nappa since he’s much taller and more muscular than Goldberg and they wouldn’t really have to use any camera angles to make him look tall since he’s a giant.

I totally agree. That movie was crap and I’ve been a fan from the start of Dragon Ball all the way through Z and GT, so that movie was very, very disappointing. They strayed away on several elements from the anime which they shouldn’t have done. Although they kept a “few” elements, with Grandpa Gohan, Goku should have been played by a much younger actor like Leo Howard, at least he has a martial arts background, then first meeting Bulma would have been truer to the anime, as a teen he should have already met her, Master Roshi, and Yamcha. Speaking of Grandpa Gohan, in Dragon Ball, Goku(when he was a kid) unknowingly stomped on him as an Oozaru sometime during the World Tournament; it’s been a while since I’ve watched Dragon Ball. Krillin, Tien, and Chiaotzu should have been in the movie too. Now I’m no Twilight fan, but due to the fact that he actually has martial arts experience, if they buffed him up a little bit(not too necessary), Taylor Lautner would have been a great teen/young adult Goku. There’s so much they could have done different with this movie to stay true to the anime but it’s too much to discuss.

As far as Matt Mullins goes, he would make a good Vegeta, but he’d be a better adult Goku, better that Chatwin. Vegeta is supposed to be short to average height and Goku is like in the 6′ range. Matt Mullins is 6′ 1″ and Justin Chatwin is 5′ 11″; only a two inch difference in height but Goku is supposed to be taller. Rumor of Nathan Jones playing Nappa, now that fits because he’s 6′ 10″ and he’s jacked and he’s already bald. A lot of people would disagree but Jason Statham would make a better Vegeta; he’s a great martial artist, he’s got the receding hairline look, average height, and the bad-ass persona, he just fits and all he has to do is grow his hair out or just put a wig on him.

rite i’m a dbz fan and have been for years now bt the movie was so crap, ok fair enough they did keep some of the story from the cartoon bt some on goku is meant 2 be a happy go lucky guy and in the 1st movie he was a total tool, but i will say james masters was king in that movie, but back 2 this new movie thats meant 2 be coming out the only thing i’ve heard is that guy from twillight is meant 2 be in it, good we get 2 c him get a special beam cannon through the chest i’ll be going 2 c that lol

I’m a fan of Matt Mullins and I love Dragon Ball Z, will be great to see him play Vegeta. I saw on youtube a video made by fans that captivated me.
