Plus do you know how long IMDB have had a page up for Dragonball:Reborn on their site? well lets just say they have had that page for awhile. First off this post has nothing to do with IMDB. Secondly, the actors pages at IMDB were recently updated to show the film is in development. And learn to read please, I clearly said they have not been reliable in the past. And I would not post news if I did not think it was legit or at least worth posting, you obviously don’t know what this site is about. Don’t state the obvious about the Dragonball Reborn page being up at IMDB, I probably knew about that long before you anyways. I am happy to see some news about it.

I’m a bit unnerved by the news about it possibly being direct-to-DVD. The only thing I was thinking about when I left DBE was how awesome it would be to see that in theaters, again. I hope someone pitches a good enough idea for a sequel that will get FOX asking for a theatrical release. We need that, now.

No need to leave Nelson, was just trying to point out that it is good to read the entry before ranting off. Yes IMDB as had the title Dragonball 2 Reborn since last year. But it would seem these other websites are just now updating their information on the sequel. But we also should not ignore when these sites are also pointing out that Marsters and company are currently involved with the sequel.

Justin Chatwin revealed the script is already written and is entitled Dragonball Reborn.

Yes, of course I’m blind. Blind to the fact that the articles with Marsters turned out to be fake (We’re filming this summer, no fall, no wait, next year despite myself, Chatwin and Chow Yun-Fat being booked for concerts, plays and Hong Kong cinema projects), blind to the fact that trilogies and sequels have been signed on for and then dropped by the studio (See: Spider-Man 4), and of course, ignorant to the fact that scripts have been written for several hundred films and they never get made (See: Planned sequel to 2001′s Planet of the Apes)

If I were to make anything up, it would be done in a much better fashion than some random articles (that I listed as rumors anyways dipshit) and IMDB sources. You have no clue how long I’ve been providing news on both Evolution, its sequel and Dragon Ball anime in general. So you would not know what sources I exactly look through.

I understand you say it’s a rumor, though I encourage you to sort through rumors and prove or disprove them yourself, as it saves trouble in the long run. All I said was that said Italian blog seemed rather sloppy and that the info was a tad off, and I DID say the oter site, NOT this one. Same in the video: I was never ONCE talking about this site. Although I was not all that impressed with the first, I do agree I would like to see a sequel. Why? Well because I am well informed that FOX did not want to even deal with Dragon Ball and go straight to Z, film wise. I pictured Evolution as only a prologue of the characters to setup for Z. But they did not do the greatest job in setting them up (especially by changing so many aspects). But I would still enjoy a sequel none the less.

I say they make another one because…I feel like WE need it. The first one was OK. BUT….they try too make it too REAL…an it should have been more fantasy. that whole movie should have been special effects. the actors are ok but the next director should ask more feeling from them {IF them even make another one}. And to have SOME NOT ALL but some similarity to the cartoon that and SOME lines from the cartoon {music too} add a little piece of your own identity an that it so don’t change to much. Sooo IF {FOX} is looking to make another one look at the cartoon an take what you need to get an idea. but to make alot of money off this movie your going to have to make it so the people how grew up watching it can connect with it. and the new generation will follow. more fight scenes!!! And if your going to end the movie with two characters fighting like {chi-chi an Goku} you should have show both of them run at each other then showed the shadows on the wall then used special effects and made a SWEET ending. They could of had alot of fun with that. but that just me HOPING they make another one.

Dragonball: Evolution wasn’t bad at all, it was actually decent. No one in this world can make a perfect Dragon Ball movie. Dragonball 2: Reborn is just a rumor, I don’t believe it at the moment, but I hope there will be another live-action movie of the anime series. If the rumors are true, I hope for the movie to be released in 2011.

I really enjoyed the first movie, so I hope there will be a series of movies. And if anyone says I’m a dumbass or a fucking idiot or a untrue Dragon Ball series fan, then you’re the stupidest shithead ever. I have been a huge fan of the series, ever since I was born, literally.
