Dragon Box Volume Two and More

Dragon Box Volume 2

The very first Dragon Ball game “Legend of Shenlong” (Dragon Power in the US) that was released on the NES will be getting a re-release as a bonus feature in the next Dragon Ball DS title. Better than nothing I say, I just hope it isn’t changed as much as it was when it released as Dragon Power in North America.

Also, for those who are curious, we got the release date for the next Dragon Box. Dragon Box Volume Two is set to release February 16th 2010. You can pre-order it now at Amazon. Speaking of the Dragon Box, anyone get their hands on the first volume? I did I must say it it amazing, truly a must have for any fan.

And no, no word on the sequel to Dragonball Evolution yet. It was only a rumor as stated. But if anything is revealed in the near future you know where to find it! Speaking of which I am going to try and get into contact with my 20th Century FOX contacts. I will keep you all posted!

The trailer for the sequel of Dragon Ball DS entitled Dragon Ball 2 – Red Ribbon Army has released! Check it out below…

My thoughts and prayers will be going to James Sullivan and his family. What a shame. Things aren’t looking so well for my favorite band either since John Frusciante announced quitting the Red Hot Chili Peppers as their guitarist. Concerning Dragonball, at least 2010 looks positive for the franchise.  (Quote)

When I heard he died, I was so sad… It felt to me like Micheal Jackson dying to the rest of the world.

As far as Dragonball goes, I hope the franchise picks up. I also hope Fox realizes what they have in their greedy hands before it’s too late…  (Quote)

2009 was a really big Year for the Dragonball Franchise, from Dragonball Evolution to Dragonball Kai, to me rewatching the whole series from the beginning, to Raging Blast to ROKP for the Wii(the first actual console game for the Original Dragonball) to Dragonball Z: Attack of the Saiyans an RPG for the DS, to finally some footage and information about Dragonball Online, to the release of the first 13 episodes uncut in North America followed by the Dragonball Season Sets, to the completion of the Dragonball Z sets, to the Dragon Box Set first release (which I will probably buy all of them once they are all released, probably in ’11). 2009 is the 20th anniversary of the Dragonball Series/Franchise and it exceeded my expectations by a long shot, it was a really great year if not the year(since a while) for the Dragonball Series/Franchise, and hopefully the next years will be just as good. In terms of the franchise picking up, 2009 was that year, it’s the year that I’ve been waiting for, for a while, ever since those childhood days that I spent countless hours playing and watching the Dragonball Series. Hopefully the next years are just as good, and I have total faith in the Dragonball Series, but one thing is for certain the Dragonball Series will always live on forever, in my heart, mind and soul.  (Quote)
