The problem i had with the movie was that it had to many loop holes it did not explain much of anything ande it cut from scene to scene to much with several scenes not following each other like they should have. The fight scenes were good but to short and all of the graphics were top notch untill goku changed. Justin is a good actor but didnt put to much heart into the character almost as if the director didnt care to motivate his actors or to say they were doing it wrong and just let them go with it. James masters was the best a very good piccilo but did not have enough air time or enough chance to show his true strength. Like the cartoons they should have let him demolish cities and kill people to show what threat he was. All he did was look for dragonballs not a very good portrayl. The movie had alot of potential but the staf just didnt seem to care to much about it which shows in the writing and the its overall look. Get a big name to remake it but have asian and american mixed actors find a realy funny well trained teenage actor who can portray goku just right i know hes out there somewhere and u have a movie and give the rights to sony.

@Tasunara: So! I did not even bring up TDK, I could care less if you liked Public Enemies than TDk. That has nothing to do with this forgetable movie.
@avenged: And no it did not rape my childhood. I did not cry about this movie like everybody else from start to finish, I knew this movie would be crap.

Look…In 5 years (maybe less than that) no will remember that DBE was even a movie. If you like the movie, than you like the movie! You people who liked the movie think that just because I love Dragonball soooo much think that I should like it too. Well I don’t, its just my opinion, just like you have yours. DBE will always be crap in my eyes.
And I too enjoyed Public Enemies.

Yeah, I’m definitely getting this. The only reason why it’s a “big steamy dump on the legacy which is Dragonball” is because your word is the honest to god truth. You pick apart every little detail and that’s why it sucked. And I, on a personal note, liked Public Enemies more than The Dark Knight.

thanks avenged, ofcourse its not the best movie ever but its still part of the collection. the dark knight was great but it set to high of a bar for people to expect other movies to reach. it was completely fox’s fault for not advertising, atleast it would have made more money and they would think what more can they change in the sequel to bring in more. But all we can do is hope.

Pish, posh, The movie should have came on dvd on the day it was released. Thats how awful it was. A big steamy dump on the legacy which is Dragonball.
