mk……let me put my 2 cents on this page. 1st yes fox skeet skeeted all over our beloved dragonball. 2nd yes they could make a good version of the movie….and should. they just need to watch every episode….now i dont mean skim through episodes watching bits here and there or watch it while on the phone or whatever will distract them from really taking in what is happening. like for example…..the source of what its all about (ki)…=strength. being so strong that goku can bring out his energy(ki) and shoot it at someone. example-kamehameha. NOT airbending. and yes they manage to screw up the story horribly but thats because they didnt watch the episodes like they should have….i mean if your into it…youd be like YEA!! i gotta make a kickass version of it!!…..but….if you dont have the resources and you know you cant make a movie the way you really want to…………..just dont do it… pretty simple.

Honestly these people dont know how to write a damn script. Budget is important, but a waste. Taken was made with 2 million budget, i think 1 million but cant remember. My big fat greek wedding was made with less than a million budget. Students make better f***ing movies on youtube than this movie made. If they get someone commited to this series and watch, read, and understand it, then we might have something. Also planning a trilogy is breaking the worst rule ever. Matrix was made with no intention of 2nd or 3rd. Second part movies can have setups for third, but never start with the first. Theres exceptions but concidering this situation and someone already ruining it and losing a butt load, make a great first one so 2nd and 3rd have a bigger budget and more audience.

if you watch the episodes about them you see 99 % people with dark hair, dark eyes and light skin. thats east-asian. sorry guys, but thats a fact. so better watch spiderman or batman…

I am fairly certain most people prefer an Asian cast due to DragonBall being a Japanese manga. Just like Superman being made in America, people would prefer him white. It is obvious the slanted eye brows is just an art design.

People who use the term “true fan” are ignorant. Either you’re a fan or not, there is no such thing as a fake fan. And just because someone disagrees with you does not make them a “fake fan”. And no aliens in DB? Goku is an alien, Piccolo is an alien…Sure Goku’s identity isn’t revealed until DBZ and Piccolo was always viewed as a demon, but that does not excuse the fact that they are aliens. And it was pretty clear in the very first episode of DB that Goku was not a human.

the only way they will ever make it perfect and amazing is to literally pull out the characters or even make the db world real..or if the dragon balls itself was real and made a wish to make the perfect db movie…but that will obviously NEVER happen..thats the only way i can see for anybody to make a db movie good

and i want to know something from caucasian people who think this..when u watch a movie that has asian casts or just seeing an asian in person in general..is the first thing u see and think of is slanted/chicky eyes? cause that all i ever see in comments about casting asians especially as goku is about their slanted/chicky eyes…if so then all i want to say to u racist assholes is FUCK YOU!!!!!

wtf is wrong with u people???? why the hell do u want them to make a reboot/remake/cgi or anything else for that matter???? and that comes from usa/hollywood…if u are a TRUE FAN u would just enjoy the manga and anime..they will NEVER be able to make a movie close to comparrison to the manga and anime no matter how great their technology is or will be in the future..it pisses me off to no end how “true fans” WANT a remake/reboot/cgi movie of dragon ball…KNOWING that they would f it up..

i never had a ray of hope that the movie would be good when i heard about it for the first time…it just pissed me off..and it pissed me off even more when it actually came out…they f’d it up once u think they wont f it up again? u think they will make it better if they had a second or however many chances they get? even with a different company,writer, casts etc? NO!!!! if ur smart then u will realise the TRUTH!!!! that they will NEVER make decent DB/Z/GT/KAI live or cgi movie…and that ur all stupid if u think they ever will…

so in my book whoever Wants any type of DB movie then u are not a true fan..just fake fans

p.s. they arent F’in aliens in Dragon Ball..just HUMANS, DEMONS and GODS/DEITY! only in Dragon Ball Z/GT/Kai that they are aliens…if u dont get that..ur a pure idiot (i dont care about my spelling and grammar to fuckin pissed off to care)
