Oh yeah, I LOVEE The Bully scene with Goku, Goku totally owned them easily.
When Goku did that side spin in slow motion, my mouth dropped with excitement.

This movie is going to be BIG once it’s released Domestic. So far it’s doing huge at the foreign box office.

I did not like the oozaru face. The quality will be a shit load better in the theater.
This footage is okay but you can see that it was bootleg.
As far as the Final battle it was too short but the kamehameha and piccolo blast looked fucking bad ass!
I hope the U.S. version is longer, and just make enough money to make a sequal.
Then you can do more with the action you know, goku and his abilities are established already and he can just add more bad ass techniques, and hive him train with king kai oh yeah!

Guys, i’m starting to get afraid.
I mean, there were alot of people hating the movie before it was out in asia, but they were (most of them) still going to see it on theaters at least out of curiosity.
But now that the movie is out in the net with a GOOD quality, even for YOUTUBE, and after seeing what many people (that were support) are saying, about they did not like and are not watching in theaters, i donno what to think, maybe we might not get a sequel x.x
I watched, i support the movie but im not blind, there were some flaws in the movie, but to me i still enjoyed, like i did when i 1st saw DB, it was really funny, there were alot of comedy, i laughed alot, and the action scenes were good, yet short, which to me is the main problem with the movie….the freaking 90 minutes runtime.
I just hope we get ENOUGH for a sequel, i dont even care about sucess or not, number 1 or 10, i want a freaking sequel, i DONT want a reboot, enough about DB, let them move on with the story, with another cast, director, i DONT care, whatever please you people (i’m fine with the ones we got now), but please NO reboots, i wanna see a DBZ live action, i wanna see the Kaio Ken, i wanna see vegeta, freeza, i wanna fucking see a Super Sayajin (super saiyan) =/

I saw the movie and there is stuff cut out of it, and the quality is ok im used to hd so I cant see the fine detail in oozaru and some of the action scenes. And yes Avenged its the same one you saw. I need to see it in the theater to see the 100 min. and bad ass quality.

My review is: The only thing I really did not like is it feels so rushed. One scene leads into another so fast.
There are some scenes I did not like when goku and chi chi are together when he is trying to light the candles.
The best parts that I liked are:
1. Goku catching the stones at super speed at roshi’s house.
(i dont know why but I loved it, the look and sound reminds me of dbz)

2. The kamehameha and piccolo above him. That was tight.

3. The fast punches with roshi.

4. Grandpa gohan and goku fight. which is longer than goku vs piccolo.

5. two way punch between goku and piccolo.

6. fulum asassians fight was pretty cool.

7. goku got punched by mai and did not even budge him and then he knocked the fuck out of her! Tight!

Did not like:

1. Rushed feeling. It moves as fast as goku’s instant transmission.

2. Some cheesy scenes but can live with it.

3. Released a month earlier in Japan. Stupid ass move on fox. People are watching this move even on youtube now.

Thats it. Make enough for a sequal and give us the real shit 2 hour DBZ MOVIE!!!

watch it on crapy qualty, lol. However I did see most of it, atleast a good 50 minutes. Anyways, It did seem very rushed which I hope in the US with the added 10 or 15 minutes that part gets atleast somewhat fixed.
And yeah the Kamehameha with Piccolo above was DBZ all the way.

Those extra 15 min. should spread it out more. Like 7 min. add to final fight and 8 min. spread through out the rest of the film. It wont feel as rushed. Maybe fox will add even more after reading peoples reviews. I know for sure the DVD will be uncut with all the footage. The DVD will prob. be like 120 min.

Piccolo’s sword! I forgot about that. I hope with the added 15 min. (which I pray is 100% true) they show piccolo with his sword against goku and the power pole.

I know they filmed more of the final fight. Movies are always left with tons of extra footage. So FOX put it in the movie! Don’t show us piccolo with a sword and he never uses it.
You know who makes the final say on what clips go in and out the distributer which is FOX.

Now all im doing is keeping track of how much money its making, and counting down to see if it truley is 100 min.

From what I seen in the video’s, It was EPIC and out of this world. But it felt a little rushed, like they was trying to get to the end. Which I highly understand, because they had a certain amount of time to finish pre-production. Hopefully in the Sequel FOX will give them more time to film. I think James Wong did a Excellent job capturing the elements of Dragonball in such a short amount of time. No one thought it was possible, but he did it. This may be the first 90 minute MASTERPIECE that I’ve seen. This movie will set trends just like the matrix did. I think alot of movies are going to start using ki blast and aura’s and super fast punches. When I saw Goku punch Roshi, that blew me away.

WOW! I just watched DBE… Even with low expectations… that was BAD!!!! I mean i knew the movie was getting bad reviews and that it wasn’t looking too good, but still… I mean really? That was the movie? I could have made a better movie plot and story with a $1000 and a video camera with my friends in the park! and i’m not being sarcastic! That was HORRIBLE! Absolutely no character development, mo offense to the actors, they have all been half decent in other movies, but the script was just terrible! There is no way i would want to see a sequel to this piece of crap. It needs a total reboot. The movie was way too short and every scene seemed rushed. Now i know the American version is said to have an extra 15 min or so, but there is no way 15 min. can save this piece of crap garbage. I am a DB and DBZ lover, I am 26 and still very much enjoy the manga’s and anime. But this was Dragonball in NAME ONLY! By the end i couldn’t care less about any of the character’s! Picollo’s character was not developed at all, so he did not seem fearsome or powerful. He did not seem like a threat in the least. The fights were just bad. Like everyone has said the bully fight was the best one and thats only because it was funny to watch them beat each other up. The fulums were literally in the movie for about 2 min. the fight lasts a whole 35 seconds and they are all dead. Ugh My brain hurts after watching this! If you think this is a good movie you are out of your mind in IMO, even if it was not dragonball, just some random movie, it is terrible, the whole thing is terrible. I hate to admit this but Street fighter was even better. This movie just ate dragonball and puked it back up and thats what we got, a distorted piece of puke of a once very delightful and pleasing meal which was dragonball. I can’t stress enough how bad this movie was all around, it was like a made for TV movie that you are only watching cuz you are bored to tears and nothing else is on. How could anyone like this… It is a sorry excuse. Oh man and that Ouzaru scene…pitiful, when Goku changes back he still has his Gi done up and it is in perfect condition. Ugh i need to get this outta my head.
I mean i give all movie’s a chance, and i always try to see the good in most movie’s. For the most part I enjoy what most other people enjoy and I am not too picky. But i do expect something from a movie, This movie gave nothing.

For any who have not seen this movie and are the type of people who expect at least a little effort put into a movie, then you will hate this, don’t waste your time… on second thought you have to see this, in order that you can know how bad this was done, but i promise the majority who see this will hate it. Anyone who likes it… I’m sorry but you have very low standards for your movies, this movie does not deserve to be shown in theaters it seemed like they put no effort into any aspect of this movie. The only part that was ok and mean ok was only some of the visuals looked alright. But the story/script/acting/running length were all just…wrong very very wrong! Just go see it and you will see what i mean.
It’s like they try and make this movie about fighting, yet the fights themselves are worthless.
